Premise on the basement floor of a five-storey residential building, with a total area of 427.52 sq. m , a framed property was registered in 2008, currently used under the restaurant Favorite Koshka of 150 people (98 seats in the inner hall and 52 seats in the selected territory of the pool). The indoor visitors' hall is equipped with a Japanese split air conditioning system (two-way: cold-warm), audio and TV systems are installed. There is a bar and a VIP room for 12-18 guests. On the walls, as in the art gallery, are exhibited paintings by the artist Sergei Stellmashonka featuring cats, polished by special technology, with a good sense of humor and love for these wonderful pets. As an additional entertainment-collective viewing of sports TV programs, for lovers of dance-live music and karaoke. The kitchen equipment and its installation, warranty and post-warranty service is provided by the famous specialized Bulgarian company Impex, for which there are separate words of respect and gratitude.
